NFT’s by Tomas Dauksa at WEB3: Impact the Future
Let’s meet on December 7 at the “Web3: Impact the Future” Summit!
This event will gather companies, start-ups, investors, associations, policymakers, and technology leaders from all over the globe to exchange knowledge and discuss the most challenging industry topics. Here you will also have a chance to see specially conceived exposition „How Soon is Tomorrow. Collecting NFTs” with NFT’s by Robertas Narkus, Tommy Cash, Katja Novitskova and our gallery’s represented artist Tomas Dauksa.
His NFT collection “The Bigfoot project” consists of a series of unique 3D figurines in various situations from bigfoot’s life. It reveals some important details about bigfoots everyday activities, their rituals, familial bonds, communal hierarchy, communication, etc. The artist Tomas Dauksa states that he gathered these figurines from a man, who believes that they are made by a bigfoot. During the years the man exchanged food for the figurines in his remote forest cabin and collected a big group of bigfoot statues of various sizes and colours, which were later acquired by artist and transformed in to a very special NFT collection. Fragmented clues are combined into this multilayered and complex story, where phantasies become reality (and vice versa) and only a thin line separates myths from facts. The sure thing is, that figurines are made with real gold, platinum, precious stones such as sapphires, emeralds and even diamonds. Creation of The Bigfoot Project NFT’s collection is kindly supported by Lithuanian Council for Culture.
