Artagonist art hotel was founded in a building of high historical value and heritage protection in Vilnius Old Town. The main purpose was to present art not only as a decorative interior element but also as an object who speaks for itself, tells its own story, is provocative and creating the mood. A unique character of the hotel was created in cooperation with Plazma Architecture Studio and 16 artists of younger generation – Kristina Alisauskaite, Nerijus Erminas, Linas Jusionis, Egle Karpaviciute, Aistis Kavaliauskas, Algirdas Kuzma, Aukse Miliukaite, Vita Opolskyte, Rodion Petrov, Ieva Rojute and Vytautas Virzbickas, Marija Snipaite, Vaiva Simoliunaite and Rima Simoliuniene, Gabriele Sermuksnyte, Jurgis Tarabilda.
